Return & Exchange Policy

Arcadia Boutique follows the applicable consumer protection laws of the State of Qatar.

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Return delivery charges apply unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, the customer is entitled to an exchange, replacement, or refund in accordance with Qatar law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank.
