Return and exchange policy

We follow the laws of Qatar for returns and exchanges. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange it. The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Return shipping fees will apply. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval, but it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
